The "Gustav Treasure Trail" will be run again at the Eudunda Show on Sunday 13th November, 2011.
The bags this year (kindly donated by Tim Knight from T Shirt City) and will cost $5 each and there will be a lot of items to pick up around the show to eat, drink, read & enjoy.Web South will be organising and running the trail as well as running a computer network game area just on the side of the big hall.
Any money raised from the “Gustrav Trail” will go towards the Web South computer gaming for children & youth with the aim of keeping those who attend interested in our friendly family show.
The trail is named after one of the town’s icons “Gustav and his Dog” a character in a Colin Thiele book based around our town.
The “Gustav and his Dog” silhouette can be seen at all three entrances to Eudunda as well as on the historic buildings and sites around the town and district – thanks to the great work by the Eudunda Heritage Gallery.
As well as locally produced products, we aim to give the children as much variety and information as possible from the wider community.
The idea is in the interest of everyone, as it encourages the children and often whole families to look over the show at the many and varied stands, and find great items to enjoy along the way.
